AN ANNIVERSARY FILM TO RETRACE THE STORY

At 8 p.m., the lights dimmed, giving way to the manifesto film “L’Odyssée d’Alain Ellouz”, directed by Pierre Morales under the artistic direction of Alain Ellouz.

Through an extensive body of archival material, interviews, videos, and personal accounts, the film traced twenty years of adventure with alabaster. It revealed the journey taken, from early experimentation to mastery of the material, from bold collaborations to monumental works, from the ateliers to exceptional locations, exploring the very essence of the material and the career it shaped.

Within the legendary Grand Rex, this visual narrative resonated as an artistic confession.
